All of our start-ups follow a consistent checklist to ensure everything is up and running as it should be:

• Pressurize Mainline – We will need access to the irrigation valve in the basement of your home.
• Pressurize Backflow – Backflow testing conducted at an additional cost.
• Verify Mainline – Check for visible leaks, monitor water meter during line-fill.
• Verify ALL Zones – Check for proper coverage, aligned patterns at time of service.
• Check Turf Rotors – Ensure proper rotation, clearing any over-growth
• Check ALL Heads – Checking for clogged, stuck or defective heads, addressing any defects while on-site.
• Clean Filters – To ensure efficient flow.
• Clean Manifold Boxes – Removing any degree that has accumulated.
• Clean Out Valves – To ensure proper functioning.
• Check For Leaks – Throughout our start-up in order to address any concerns.
• Check Landscape Lighting – Review for burnt out bulbs, or potential electrical issues at time of inspection.
• Programming & Timer – Setting programmer to your preferred days, and times ahead of season. Coordinating with customer’s lawn maintenance schedule.

Minor repairs will be done at this time and larger repairs will be scheduled upon customer approval. All repairs are on a “Time + Material” basis and are up and above the price of the Spring Start-up service.
